  5. bounds is a contextual menu plugin that allows you to rapidly view the dimensions of a selected image in the menu. more file info by hideki itoh does this as well but it adds a lot more info and puts it in a sub-menu. personally i wanted the dimensions right in the menu. if you choose the dimensions in the menu, bounds copies the dimensions and the filename to the clipboard, perfect for adding said information to a list of images. why doesn't it do this for multiple images? well i'm working on it.

  10. 1.2 6.1.99 bounds now also copies the name of the file to the clipboard. perfect for making lists of graphics and their sizes. thanks to darla brown for the idea, and david catmull for reminding me that "=" doesn't always copy stuff quite like i think it should.

  12. 1.1.1 fixed the problem with the 'unknown' character being inserted in the data from the clipboard.

  14. 1.1 bounds now copies the info to the clipboard when its menu item is selected. due to a compilation error the width and height were being displayed backwards. the width and height now have a "w" and "h" following them instead of the "x" in between them. i also removed the not-quite-working support for Photoshop EPS files.

  28. drop this onto your system folder. it will ask to be routed to the Contextual Menu plugins folder. say okay. restart.

  30. now when you control-click on an image, the width x height will be displayed in the menu. no more opening images to find out their sizes.

  32. select that menu item to send the file info to the clipboard. simple as that.

  37. *note* image files currently supported: gif, jpg, tif, psd, & bmp. i'm working on EPS support but i'm having some issues...

  42. this cmplugin was written by me, brian pink, in codewarrior pro 4 in C++. it was based on Trygve Isaacson's excellent PluginFramework, available at http://www.bombaydigital.com/.

  44. i wrote this to solve an annoying problem of having to either open every image just to find the dimensions. there are more features in progress but this plugin will remain extremely simple because i want it to. =)
